For several years, Westwind had been a new Royale Limousine Manufacturers (Haverhill, MA) dealership. However, In 1994, Westwind Limousine moved to a new facility in Brookville, OH ("because business had grown so dramatically"), opening a twelve-car indoor show- room.
The company has sold vehicles to people and companies in over a dozen countries around the world, developing a strong reputation in the industry. Recently, Bolinger moved Westwind Limousine to State Route 40, across from the Dayton International Airport, and has built a new dealership and rental operation.
Jim Bolinger, who sees the importance of safety in the industry, reconditions vehicles internally and mechanically before selling them.
