Several of our ingredients and menu selections are prepared with natural or organic ingredients and our coffee is fresh ground on site from the finest organic fare trade beans around. Our meals are prepared with fresh ingredients that combine for unique flavors in some of our signature recipes for Chicken Francase, Beef Beaujolais, and our Mediterranean Salad as well as our desserts that are prepared on site in the Christopher`s kitchen. Tuesday –Mexican Omelet
A three egg omelet with peppers, onions, spicy ground beef smothered in cheese. Served with homefries and toast.
Wednesday- Breakfast Pizza
Served on a pita with eggs, sausage, onions, mushrooms and cheese. Served with a side of home fries. Make it vegetarian for an additional charge..
Thursday –Peaches and Creme French Toast
Baked French toast stuffed with peaches and cream cheese.
Friday – PB and J Pancakes
Saturday – Cajun Burrito
A burrito stuffed with peppers, onions, eggs, spicy sausage and cheese. Served with potato cakes.
